I win throughout the year, and sometimes big…but at the holidays it seems like the winning tickets are just gone! the past 3 years I get a couple of family members a $10 ticket and they never win. I’m giving them cash next year. My point is I never even break even on my scratch-offs during the holidays. I think that is just wrong! I want to hear POSITIVE stories why I should still buy them.
